Ketchum's Bling Bling Detailing

For $45, the price is reasonable, but unfortunately, the quality of the wash was very disappointing. The interior cleaning was especially poor, and the exterior also left a lot to be desired. There were obvious dirty areas that were simply not cleaned — the floor mats were still dirty, there were drink stains and residue around the cup holders and center console, and the inside of the windshield was poorly wiped down. I also noticed that the towels being used looked dirty, which may explain some of the results. From the beginning, I clearly asked how much it would cost to have the car fully cleaned, inside and outside, and I was quoted $45. I understand that $45 is not a detailing price, and I was not expecting professional detailing. However, I did expect a proper basic car wash and interior cleaning. I would have gladly paid more if I had been told that a better-quality service would cost more. What disappointed me even more was the administrator’s attitude. Instead of trying to understand my concerns or offer a solution, he became argumentative and defensive. I explained that I was not asking for detailing — I was simply pointing out areas that had clearly not been cleaned pr

I’ve took all my cars here and they have done a very great job. I usually like washing my own car but this place being that they hand wash is a no brainer. If I don’t feel like washing it I will always take my cars here and I live in north highlands..

I’ve been coming to the same car wash for four months every week getting my car washed for $35 giving the lady an extra five making it $40 then giving the workers who actually clean my car $10 apiece or five dollars apiece. I came here early because I was told that it would be open at 8 o’clock. I was instructed by one of the owners that it will be open at nine. I waited, rolled myself up a cannabis and walked off properly to smoke. I had it in the trunk. One of the workers went into the car truck and took it. I went back to ask about it the daughter of the owner and the husband of the owner understood exactly what I was saying, but the owner did not She got mad and gonna tell me to do not come back after your workers stole $45 of cannabis out of my trunk I went and bought more just to show exactly what it was and for the owner to tell me not to come back, it’s very disrespectful. This is why black-owned businesses do not succeed. I would not recommend you go there with anything personal in your car that you don’t want stolen!

I just left disappointed 😢 I use to come here all the time years ago but stopped because of the quality of work. I decided to give it another shot today. I could have done a better job myself and saved my myself $40 after tip. Rims are dirty, outside wasn’t cleaned correctly, inside doesn’t look like it got cleaned at all. The owner is a sweet lady but the quality of work I payed for isn’t there. Especially for waiting over an hour. That was start to finish of the car being washed and cleaned on the inside and out if that’s what you want to call
